Cottage in the Woods

Anyone who prospers in quiet will right away be at home on these 15 secluded wooded acres in the natural beauty of the "real" Florida. Most of the land is dry with sandy loam soil, but there are also four ponds, and there are trails throughout the entire property. One of the trails is a boardwalk through a beautiful black gum/sweetbay swamp. The cottage has a dock on one pond, the studio/workshop overlooks another pond, and there is a small dock on the pond on the back corner of the property. The land has been left in its natural state as much as possible. It is a tranquil and serene place, with many beautiful trees and a wide variety of birds and other wildlife.
The cottage has a well and is on a septic system. It has central heat and air, a gas stove and hot water heater. The home is completely furnished and move-in ready. It includes a large deck (16 x 12), a large screened in room (24x12), a boardwalk from the cottage to a large (10 x 20) dock on the pond, and a storage shed. A short distance from the cottage is a large (24 x 16) studio or workshop (with electricity and a heating/cooling unit) that also overlooks one of the ponds on the property.
The cottage is an A-frame structure with a main floor and a loft. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, a bath, an alcove fitted for washer and dryer, and a spacious great room with a high ceiling and kitchen, dining, and living areas that look out to the pond. The second floor is a loft that is half the length of the cottage and has a balcony. It is furnished with a daybed and desk and reading chairs for multi-purpose use.
