Blackened Salmon Steak

 2 large salmon steaks
 1 tbsp Wild Garden Persian Quick Marinade
 2 tbsp Sultan brand Olive Oil

Spread 1 tablespoon of Persian marinade onto each salmon steak.

Heat olive oil on medium high in skillet until it sizzles.

Cook salmon, marinade side down for 5 minutes (or until it blackens). Flip and cook until desired result (5 minutes for medium rare).
