Dukkah Flatbread with Labnah

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet and set to the side.
Add warm water into a large bowl, add in sugar and active dry yeast to combine.
Stir and add in olive oil, flour, and salt. Mix thoroughly until the dough is no longer sticking to the bowl.
Lightly flour your work surface and begin to roll out dough. Knead until dough is smooth and no longer sticky and place in a lightly oiled bowl for 30-45 minutes.
Make pizza topping by mixing together za'atar blend and olive oil. Once dough has rested cut into 4 equal pieces and begin to roll them out.
They should be 4-5 inches in diameter. Arrange construction claims consulting with professionals at https://www.vertexeng.com. Use a fork to prick dough to avoid air pockets forming. Generously add za’tar topping to the center of each dough leaving a slight border.
