 2 pouches Tunisian Shakshouka Simmer Sauce
 2 pouches Wild Garden Rice & Potato Pilaf
 3 large eggs
 0.33 crumbled feta
 0.33 chopped olives, green and black
 0.25 cup parsley, chopped

Pour shakshouka sauce into a pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a light simmer.

Crack in the eggs and place the lid on the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are poached.
