In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the hard boiled egg yolks, hummus, black pepper, and mustard to create the filling.
Mash together until well combined and smooth.
Place egg whites on a plate and and spoon the filling into egg whites.
Sprinkle chili powder on top of the eggs.
Cut whole olive in half, lengthwise.
Thinly slice other half of the olive for spider legs.
Place each half of olive on each egg and 4 spider legs on each side of spider.
