Hummus Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Heat skillet over low heat.
Thoroughly combine Za’atar and olive oil.
Spread one piece of bread with roasted red pepper hummus, and one with roasted garlic hummus.
Top one side with cheese.
Add cucumber and carrot and cover with the other side of bread, keeping hummus inside.
Brush Za’atar mixture on the outside of each slice of bread.
Grill on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted (about 2-4 minutes per side). Enjoy!!
