Persian Shrimp & Bulgur Pilaf

 ½ pouch Wild Garden brand Persian Marinade

 1 lb raw shrimp, thawed
 1 T Sultan brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 4 wooden skewers
 1 pouch Wild Garden Wheat & Tomato Pilaf

Soak skewers in water. Place shrimp and marinade in plastic bag. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

Place skewers in skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While shrimp is cooking, microwave pilaf, following cooking instructions on the package. Plate with shrimp and enjoy!!
