Salmon Dukkah
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and set to the side.
Drizzle salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 3 tbsp of olive oil to 4 tbsp of Wild Garden Super Seed Dukkah spice and mix until well combined.
Spread dukkah spice mix onto salmon fillets and press to coat.
Once oven is preheated arrange salmon fillets, lemon wedges and asparagus spears on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked to your liking + asparagus is cooked through.
