Gather all ingredients for salad dressing together. Whisk all ingredients together. The oregano should be whisked in last. Set off to the side
Break apart the bulgur within the pouch and heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Pour contents into a mixing bowl.
Take the Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, chopped basil, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions and stir them in together into the mixing bowl with the warm bulgar.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad.
Serve and top with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
