Turkish Turkey
Remove Turkey from fridge 30 min prior to cooking.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the defrosted turkey in roasting pan.
Rub the whole turkey with butter leaving a noticeable layer.
Rub two pouches of Wild Garden Turkish Marinade all over the turkey, under the skin, and in cavities.
Heat leftover butter for basting.
Soak cheesecloth in the remaining butter and wrap the whole turkey with the butter soaked cloth.
Cook turkey breast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Follow Turkey cooking instructions for remaining cook time. Ideal temperature is 165 degrees.
Baste turkey generously with pan juices every half an hour.
Take turkey out. Let turkey sit for 15 minutes and remove cheesecloth.
Serve with Wild Garden Pilaf Stuffing, carve turkey, and enjoy!
