Blackened Salmon Steak

2 large salmon steaks

1 tbsp Wild Garden Persian Quick Marinade

2 tbsp Sultan brand Olive Oil


1Spread 1 tablespoon of Persian marinade onto each salmon steak.

2Heat olive oil on medium high in skillet until it sizzles.

3Cook salmon, marinade side down for 5 minutes (or until it blackens). Flip and cook until desired result (5 minutes for medium rare).

4Serve with sautéed vegetables. Enjoy!!
