1 pouch of Wild Garden brand Bulgur Pilaf
1 large sweet red pepper, diced
1 large sweet yellow pepper, diced
1 cup torn fresh herbs (parsley, mint, cilantro…)
1/2 small red onion, diced fine
1/4 cup cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup cup olive oil
1Empty contents of bulgur from pouch into large mixing bowl.
2Fluff with fork. Combine all remaining ingredients.
3Let is sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors. Enjoy!!
