1 pouch of Wild Garden brand Turkish Quick Marinade
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2Cut chicken breast into 2” cubes. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly coat cubes of chicken with marinade. Set aside for 15 minutes, or until meat comes to room temperature. Slide chicken cubes onto skewers ¼” apart.
3Cook meat by either using griddle on the stove, in a non-stick pan, or grill. Cook meat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4Serve with lemon wedges. For a complete meal, serve alongside either Wild Garden Rice & Lentil Pilaf, Couscous Pilaf, or Bulgur Pilaf.
