1 tbsp Wild Garden Butter Ghee
Tahini salad ingredients
3 tbsp Wild Garden Tahini
1Pat the fillets with a towel to try. Then season with salt and pepper. Coat the fillets with a rub of flour of both sides as well. Cook in a skillet with the olive oil and butter for 4 minutes on each side on medium high heat. Then plate it with the rest of the components of the meal.
1In the same pan that the fish was cooked in, add more olive oil and sauté the oregano and garlic until crisp and place on top of the fish.
Tahini Salad Instructions
1Add all the chopped veggies to the bowl then top with the rest of the ingredients and mix together. This should be creamy but slightly loose in consistency.
1Cook the pilaf which will take no more than 90 seconds in the microwave and place next to the fish which is drizzled with the garlic oregano oil and place the salad next to that so all the components can be enjoyed together. Recipe by: Heifa of Fufu's Kitchen
