A wonderfully seasoned chicken dish served with tahini yogurt and Bulgur Pilaf from Drunk On Shoes
1 Wild Garden Persian Marinade
8 chicken thighs with bone and skin
1Marinade chicken thighs with Wild Garden Persian Marinade until fully coated.
2Sprinkle chili powder and smoked paprika onto the marinated chicken thighs.
3Sprinkle fresh, finely chopped dill.
4Grill and serve with tahini yogurt sauce and Wild Garden Bulgur Pilaf.
