A light and airy vegetarian dish using Wild Garden Persian Marinade from
Queen of the Land of Twigs 'N Berries


Wild Garden Persian Marinade




Red Leaf Lettuce

Whole Grain Pita

Wild Garden Bulgar Pilaf

Lemon Juice

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper (to taste)


1Marinate your favorite seasonal veggies in the Wild Garden Persian Marinade for 10 minutes and then lightly grill them.

2While the veggies are marinating, microwave the Wild Garden Bulgar Pilaf (again, it only takes 90 seconds!).

3Once the veggies are charred (about five minutes), mix everything together in a bowl and dress with some lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. We like to add some large pieces of lettuce and pita to scoop up every last bit of the Wild Garden Bulgar Pilaf too!
