A quick and tasty salad that is light and refreshing for any occasion

Queen of the Land of Twigs 'N Berries

Ingredients

Skirt steak

Wild Garden Shawarma Marinade

Mixed greens

Cucumber slices or sticks

Sliced tomatoes

Wild Garden Couscous Pilaf

Dried Cranberries

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

1Grill the skirt steak on each side for 3-5 minutes, let it rest, and then slice it on the grain.

2Toss together all ingredients, including the couscous, and dress it with a mixture of balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

3 Serve with a grilled pita and enjoy.
