1 Wild Garden Bulgur Heat and Serve Pilaf
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup Kalamata olives pitted
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese use small clear bowl
crumbled feta cheese
Salad Dressing Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1Gather all ingredients for salad dressing together. Whisk all ingredients together. The oregano should be whisked in last. Set off to the side
2Break apart the bulgur within the pouch and heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Pour contents into a mixing bowl.
3Take the Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, chopped basil, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions and stir them in together into the mixing bowl with the warm bulgar.
4Pour the prepared dressing over the salad.
5Serve and top with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
