1Marinate your steak. The entire package can do 3lbs of meat and you don’t have to marinate it long at all to infuse the flavors! Since my husband is a vegetarian, I also used it to marinate his fake meat.
2Make your tzatiki sauce. To do this, simply mix together your greek yogurt, tiny chopped up cucumbers, garlic, dill and lemon juice. Put in the fridge while you cook the rest of the dish and let the flavors marry.
3Grill up your steak however you like it best and slice it.
4Warm naan in the oven or throw it on the grill for a few minutes.
5Top the naan with hummus, cucumber, thinly sliced onion, tomato, steak, tzatiki and feta cheese.
