2 Wild Garden Couscous Pilaf pouches
Olive oil or non-stick spray
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Wash peppers. Use a knife to cut out a jack-o-lantern face on the flattest side of your pepper.
3Cut around the top of the bell pepper to remove the stem. Scoop out and discard the membranes and the seeds.
4Lightly grease a baking dish with Olive oil or non-stick spray. Place peppers and pepper tops in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until pepper is cooked but still firm.
5Squeeze Wild Garden Couscous pouch gently to separate contents. Tear pouch halfway and open to vent. Place pouch upright in microwave. Cook on HIGH for 90 Seconds.
6Stuff peppers with couscous from the pouch with a spoon and serve!
