1 lb butter at room temperature
2 Wild Garden Turkish Marinade pouches
Wild Garden Bulgur Pilaf Stuffing
1 Meat Thermometer
1 Roasting Pan
1Remove Turkey from fridge 30 min prior to cooking.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the defrosted turkey in roasting pan.
2Rub the whole turkey with butter leaving a noticeable layer.
3Rub two pouches of Wild Garden Turkish Marinade all over the turkey, under the skin, and in cavities.
4Stuff turkey with Bulgur Stuffing mixture.
5Heat leftover butter for basting.
6Soak cheesecloth in the remaining butter and wrap the whole turkey with the butter soaked cloth.
7Cook turkey breast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Follow Turkey cooking instructions for remaining cook time. Ideal temperature is 165 degrees.
8Baste turkey generously with pan juices every half an hour.
9Take turkey out. Let turkey sit for 15 minutes and remove cheesecloth.
10Serve with Wild Garden Pilaf Stuffing, carve turkey, and enjoy!
